Blank Canvas feat The Francis Inferno Orchestra

Art lovers,

Well well, after having Lewie Day so beautifully ensure all the cobwebs in the new system at the Tao lounge were well and truly blown out, we now move on to something slightly different, but still very similar. This time, Blank Canvas has a tinge of orchestral green.

Again we reach down to the Southern State, and pluck out one of the rising stars of the disco house scene, this time we are very happy to have on board ‘The Francis Inferno Orchestra’. The Francis Inferno Orchestra has been making waves across the globe in the last few months with his house and disco productions. His music is fuelled with hypnotising beats and catchy bass lines that will keep your boogie feet moving for hours.

Hailing from Melbourne at only 20 years of age he has a big string of releases coming up including an EP on Under The Shade (With remixes from Eddie C & Soul Clap), a compilation with Wolf Music, another compilation on a brand new edits series done by Daniel Solar with heavy weights Nicholas and No Requests, and a release on Sleazy Beats in the very near future…all this and he’s only just out of nappies…amazing.

Joining Francis Inferno on the night is local Thug Records Label head, Carlos Zarate, to play a very special disco infused house set. Stepping outside of his usual Thug Records guise, we are very happy to have this very talented producer and DJ in our guest spot.

Support on the night comes from the residents Robbie Piper and George Hall.

Oh and before I forget…this is a bit of a celebration of sorts…It’s actually my birthday, so I will be playing a super special amazingly awesome birthday set, well, I will be trying to anyway.

Keep it deep.
